Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Manager, AI Engineering in Milwaukee, WI to lead a global AI engineering team across ISC AI Center of Excellence. You will architect, build, deploy, and sustain production‑grade AI solutions for supply chain operations.

You will own the technical engineering capability for ISC AI, defining geneAI approaches, integration patterns, and production reliability, with collaboration across AI Delivery, IT, Analytics, and Cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI engineering strategy, architecture, and production support expectations.
• Coach and develop AI Engineers for production‑grade AI solutions across global supply chain use cases.
• Oversee design/development of AI apps including RAG-based assistants and workflows.
• Establish CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and incident response for AI solutions.
• Partner with IT, Cybersecurity, Data Governance and platform teams to shape scope and delivery.
