The candidate will apply strong leadership with hands-on development in Java, React, SQL, and distributed systems to drive outcomes that align with product and business goals. You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, and business units to modernize and accelerate needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with prior leadership of engineering teams.
• Hands-on expertise in Java, React, SQL, REST APIs and distributed systems.
• Experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products in production.
• Experience applying AI within commercial software products and AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers while driving accountability and technical excellence.
• Own team delivery outcomes with focus on quality, scalability, and business impact.
• Drive architectural decisions and establish engineering best practices across applications and services.
• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using Java, React, SQL, and distributed architectures.
• Partner with Product and cross-functional stakeholders to define priorities and initiatives.
• Lead AI-powered capabilities and agentic workflows within enterprise applications.
• Oversee CI/CD, automated testing, and GitHub-based development workflows.
