Job summary

Lifetime Benefit Solutions, Inc. offers the Fall 2026 Internship, a paid co-op experience for undergraduate and graduate students. Interns participate in development workshops, receive mentorship from managers, and contribute to meaningful projects across IT, analytics, and business tracks.

Interns may work in technical or non-technical areas, with housing not provided. The program emphasizes data-driven population health, NLP/ML enhancements, and presenting a final project to leaders.

Qualifications

• Majors include Data Science, AI Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
• Preferred skills or experience with: Programming, Statistics, Advanced Modeling, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, Agentic AI, and/or LLM.
• Must be in college, enrolled full-time in undergrad or grad program, with good academic standing.

Responsibilities

• Explore scaling current models to identify and stratify complex chronic conditions and HCCs for proactive population health features.
• Extract and leverage clinical data for AI/ML projects.
• Enhance NLP and ML solutions to boost predictive accuracy and coding compliance to CMS.
• Work with a mentor on key strategic projects and present findings at internship conclusion.
