You will explore AI/ML approaches, prototype solutions, and help scale AI workflows under experienced engineers and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of machine learning concepts and evaluation.
• Experience or coursework in AI/ML and data analysis.
• Strong communication and ability to clearly communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Research and prototype AI/ML solutions to improve mortgage operations.
• Automate repetitive tasks and develop AI workflows (LLMs, RAG, agentic systems).
• Test, evaluate, and document AI solutions with human-in-the-loop processes.
