Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in Dallas, TX. You will help design and scale AI-powered engineering workflows, leveraging LLMs, agentic AI frameworks, automation platforms, and modern software engineering practices to transform how products are built and delivered.

You will work closely with leadership to build infrastructure, guardrails, and evaluation systems that enable AI-assisted development at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience building solutions with modern AI and LLM technologies.
• Strong software engineering and systems design experience.
• Experience with AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and development automation.
• Ability to design scalable workflows, evaluation frameworks, and engineering processes.
• Experience implementing software quality controls, testing frameworks, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Build tooling and infrastructure that enables engineers to effectively leverage AI agents.
• Design context management, evaluation, and verification systems for AI-generated code.
• Establish guardrails, testing strategies, and quality controls for AI-assisted development.
• Measure and optimize engineering productivity through automation and analytics; partner with engineering leadership to identify and implement best practices.

Seeking an Agentic AI Engineer for a full-time, onsite opportunity in Dallas, TX (5 days per week onsite). This role is with a venture-backed artificial intelligence startup focused on building autonomous AI systems for the middle market. The ideal candidate will help design and scale AI-powered engineering workflows, leveraging LLMs, agentic AI frameworks, automation platforms, and modern software engineering practices to transform how products are built and delivered.
