Job summary

Bernard is seeking an AI engineering lead to own the end-to-end Software Factory loop, including the sandboxed agent runtime and the measurement plane. You will transform field feedback into measurable product improvements, govern experiments, and ensure changes are verifiable and reversible.

Responsibilities

• Own the Software Factory board and data pipelines, aligning metrics with customer outcomes.
• Define and version engineering metrics; reveal when data misleads and prevent misleading signals.
• Balance bottlenecks between automation and human intervention using data, not vibes.
• Implement safe, reversible changes with auditable evidence for field deployments.
