Ladders is seeking an AI Engineer to join a leader in Finance & Insurance, focusing on designing and advancing data and AI infrastructure that supports ML and generative AI initiatives.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to build resilient pipelines, high-quality datasets, and scalable data workflows that improve reliability and efficiency. Remote work available nationwide in the United States.

Formación

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 6+ years of hands-on data engineering experience in multi-cloud environments.
• Expert-level proficiency in Snowflake architecture and integration with cloud AI services.
• Advanced knowledge of AWS and Azure data services.
• Mastery of Python, SQL, and PySpark, with experience in data orchestration and containerization.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain resilient ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion from on-premise and cloud systems.
• Develop feature stores and optimized datasets for machine learning workflows.
• Engineer data pipelines for generative AI use cases, handling structured and unstructured data.
• Act as a Snowflake power user, implementing advanced data modeling and optimization techniques.
• Execute non-invasive data extraction strategies from legacy systems without disrupting operations.
• Manage complex data workflows using orchestration tools for reliable data movement.
• Implement automated data quality frameworks to detect anomalies and integrity issues.

For our client, we are seeking a AI Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will focus on designing and advancing data and AI infrastructure that supports machine learning and generative AI initiatives across the organization. You will partner with cross-functional teams to build resilient pipelines, high-quality datasets, and scalable data workflows that improve reliability, efficiency, and innovation. The position also calls for deep expertise in cloud data platforms and advanced data engineering practices. Your work will help enable trusted data movement, model readiness, and stronger data quality across multiple environments.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $120,000 - $145,000 annually
