Technology-driven proprietary trading firm that leverages cutting-edge AI and machine learning to identify and capitalize on market opportunities across multiple asset classes including digital assets, equities, futures, fixed income, FX, and commodities is looking for a Senior AI Engineer.

Their collaborative team combines deep expertise in finance, mathematics, and computer science to develop innovative trading strategies.

You will design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms that drive our automated trading systems. You'll work closely with researchers, quantitative analysts, and infrastructure engineers to transform mathematical concepts into production-ready trading solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models to analyze market data, detect patterns, and generate trading signals
• Design and build data pipelines for processing large volumes of market data
• Optimize algorithms for low-latency execution in production trading systems
• Conduct rigorous backtesting and performance analysis of AI-driven trading strategies
• Stay current with latest developments in AI/ML research and assess applicability to trading
• Contribute to the firm's machine learning infrastructure and tooling

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
• Familiarity with high-performance computing and optimization techniques
• Knowledge of financial markets and trading concepts across multiple asset classes
• Experience with C++ for performance-critical components
• Background in signal processing, natural language processing, or computer vision
• Experience with cloud-based ML infrastructure and containerization technologies
