Job summary

Reframe is building AI-native knowledge infrastructure for elite law firms, delivering end-to-end AI-powered features on frontier models and enterprise data platforms. You will join a fast-moving team shipping production-grade AI systems, working with client engineering teams at major law firms, and delivering end-to-end ownership from design to production support.

This role supports hybrid work with remote options, and offers a base salary in the $150,000–$180,000 range plus a comprehensive

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience building production features on top of LLMs.
• Strong product judgment and ability to work directly with clients.
• Comfort with data: Postgres, data modeling, pipeline work.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production features on top of frontier language models.
• Build data infrastructure and processing systems that scale from thousands to millions of documents.
• Build integrations with enterprise systems law firms run every day: document management, collaboration, time and billing.
• Work directly with client engineering teams at major law firms, including architecture, delivery, and production support.
• Develop with AI agents as your primary tooling, and help push our agent-based engineering practice forward.
• Care about evals, guardrails, and observability, because our clients are law firms and wrong answers are expensive.
