You will write high-quality code, participate in reviews, define acceptance criteria, implement tests, and support debugging and ethical reviews to uphold responsible AI deployment at Crowe.

Qualifications

• Strong Python programming experience.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and production deployment.
• Experience in professional services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI features from proof-of-concept to production readiness.
• Refine user stories and define acceptance criteria to align with business needs.
• Write high-quality production-ready code and participate in code reviews.
• Develop testing protocols including smoke tests and unit tests for reliability.
• Support debugging and triage; participate in ethical reviews for responsible AI.
