PA Consulting is hiring an AI Engineer in Charlotte, NC to design, build, and deploy agent-based AI solutions for complex enterprise problems. You will collaborate with Product Strategists and Data Engineers to move from discovery to production, writing production-grade code and shaping architecture for robust, scalable outcomes.

Formación
- Experience designing, building, and delivering production software.
- Strong software engineering skills with Python and TypeScript.
- Experience deploying cloud-native systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Hands-on experience building AI applications and agent-based systems in production.
Responsabilidades
- Architect AI production readiness including tool selection, memory/context management, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Build and deploy components powering agent-based systems and data pipelines.
- Modernize platforms to meet current business needs, avoiding unnecessary legacy lift.
- Design security and resilience with access controls, guardrails, and governance.
- Break down complex problems into deliverable components for rapid delivery.
- Create reusable patterns and tooling to scale future engagements.
