Micron Technology, Inc. seeks an AI Engineer, People Technology to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions across the People Organization. You will build enterprise AI agents, automate workflows, and integrate across Workday, ServiceNow, and Copilot ecosystems.

The role emphasizes governance, security, and scalable AI adoption, with a strong focus on HR processes like recruiting, onboarding, and talent analytics. Hybrid collaboration and enterprise-scale impact are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/SE/AI or equivalent with 5+ years software/solution engineering.
• 3+ years building enterprise AI solutions in complex environments.
• Advanced expertise with Python, APIs, LLMs, and modern AI architectures.
• Experience deploying AI agents across multiple platforms and ecosystems.
• Expertise in multi-agent architectures, tool calling, and RAG workflows.
• HR domain experience with Workday, ServiceNow, Copilot, M365 recommended.
