EY is seeking a Service Delivery Center, AI&D, AI Engineer - Manager in Tampa to lead design, development, and testing of advanced AI agents and multi-agent systems in production-grade LLM/RAG solutions.

You will leverage Google-ADK, LangChain/LangGraph, and vector databases, with 10+ years of software engineering experience and strong leadership. A bachelor’s or master’s degree is required, and a hybrid work model is offered across US client projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in AI/ML project delivery.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
