Job summary

EY is seeking a senior AI engineer to lead design, development, and testing of advanced AI agents and multi-agent systems. You will ensure scalability, security, and observability of production-grade LLM and RAG solutions, applying expertise in LangChain, Google-ADK, vector databases, and robust evaluation pipelines.

With 6+ years in software engineering and 5+ years in AI/ML, you will mentor teams, drive best practices, and deliver production-ready AI/ML projects for financial services clients,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
• 6+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML solution development.
• Proven track record of delivering AI/ML projects in production environments.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and testing of advanced AI agents and multi-agent systems.
• Ensure scalability, security, and observability in production-grade LLM and RAG solutions.
• Work with agentic frameworks, prompt engineering, evaluation pipelines, and safety testing.
• Oversee safety testing, adversarial and jailbreaking scenarios.
