Chatdesk, Inc. is seeking an AI Engineer or Intern to contribute to state-of-the-art human-in-the-loop ML for customer conversations. The role supports interns or FTEs, with the engineering team primarily in Europe while HQ is in New York City.

Qualifications

• FTE requires 3–5 years of SWE/ML Eng/Research Eng experience.
• Intern requires degree track in AI/Robotics/CS.
• Both require demonstrated experience building non-trivial projects on top of LLMs/LMMs; knowledge of LLMOps stacks is helpful.
