Job summary

Kaizen Global is seeking an AI Engineer Intern to support our AI/ML team in building components and data infrastructure. This hands-on role offers practical exposure to generative AI, LLMs, and our data systems, under the guidance of senior engineers.

You will work on developing code, exploring prompt engineering, and collaborating with data scientists, with a focus on skill-building rather than ownership.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed CS/AI/DS degree.
• Experience with Python and at least one ML framework.
• Basic understanding of deep learning fundamentals.
• Interest in generative AI and LLMs; hands-on experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Git and readable code.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building generative AI components and data pipelines.
• Work on prompt engineering, RAG, and small model fine-tuning.
• Write clean Python code for data processing and utilities.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers; document learnings.
