Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered features or ML systems.
• Strong fundamentals in Python, Go, or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud concepts, and modern development practices.
• Interest in agentic AI, autonomy, and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Willingness to learn and grow technical ownership over time.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and implementation of LLM-powered features.
• Build agentic AI workflows that reason over context and perform actions.
• Help maintain retrieval-augmented generation pipelines over financial data.
• Contribute to shared AI infrastructure like LLM services and monitoring tooling.
• Operate AI systems in production with focus on reliability and performance.
