Job summary

Victra is building its AI engineering capability in-house. As an AI Engineer I in Durham, you will build and ship AI agents on Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry, under a mentor. This early-career role welcomes aptitude and curiosity; no generative AI experience is required.

You will learn APIs, prompting, and orchestration, with structured certifications and a funded learning path, while contributing to real-world agent development on Azure Foundry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• Proficiency in Python, C#, or Java; scripting in PowerShell/JavaScript/Power Fx counts.
• APIs and JSON basics; moving data between systems.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy AI agents and workflows on Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
• Wire integrations between agents and business systems (APIs, connectors).
• Validate AI outputs against acceptance criteria and write tests.
