Job summary

STV is seeking an AI Engineer to join our Digital Advisory team in New York City or Boston. You’ll build and deploy AI agents, copilots, and automated workflows using the Microsoft stack on client projects.

The role targets an early-career engineer eager to learn, collaborate with senior staff, and deliver production AI solutions for enterprise clients onsite, developing both technical and consulting skills in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• 0–2 years of software/AI experience.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy AI agents and intelligent workflows on Microsoft stack.
• Engage with clients, gather requirements, and demonstrate solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver production systems.
• Develop prompts, data flows, and integration points across platforms.
• Support UAT, troubleshooting, and knowledge-sharing artifacts.
