STV Incorporated is seeking an AI Engineer I for our Digital Advisory team in New York City, NY or Boston, MA. This client-facing role focuses on building and deploying AI agents, copilots, and intelligent workflows within the Microsoft technology stack.

You will work with project teams onsite with clients to translate business needs into production AI solutions, contribute to data engineering tasks, and help deliver enterprise-grade AI deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (CS/Software Eng/IS/Data Science/AI) or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of professional software/AI experience or internships.
• Familiarity with Python and at least one modern language (TypeScript/JavaScript).

This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on building and deploying AI agents, automations, and intelligent workflows using the Microsoft technology stack. You will be embedded within project teams, frequently collaborating onsite with clients, and will have the opportunity to rapidly develop both your technical and consulting skills.**Position Summary**As an AI Engineer I, you will contribute to the design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment of AI-powered solutions built on Microsoft's AI and data ecosystem. Working under the guidance of senior engineers and solution architects, you will help deliver AI agents, copilots, workflow automations, and data-driven applications that support clients across the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.You will work directly with clients to understand business requirements, demonstrate solutions, troubleshoot issues, and translate technical concepts into clear, actionable outcomes.
