Job summary

Paconsulting is building enterprise-grade AI-enabled solutions with small senior pods and AI agents driving delivery. You’ll shape, design, and deploy AI-powered solutions from discovery through production, guiding security, guardrails, and governance while collaborating with product strategists and data engineers.

In this hands-on role, you’ll write and review agent-generated code, influence architecture, and ensure production readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience building and operating production software.
• Client-facing technical delivery experience at senior levels is expected.
• Strong software engineering skills in Python and TypeScript.
• Experience designing cloud-native systems on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Hands-on AI engineering for agent-based systems in production.

Responsibilities

• Architect production-ready AI solutions, including tooling and guardrails.
• Build and deploy components powering agentic systems and integrations.
• Modernize platforms and applications to meet current business needs.
• Design security and operational resilience from the start.
• Break down complex problems into deliverable components for rapid delivery.
• Create reusable patterns, skills, and tooling for future engagements.
