Qualifications

Responsibilities

For an innovative technology environment, we are looking for an experienced Freelance AI Engineer (m/f/d) to guide modern AI solutions from conception through to production. In this role, you will work on exciting projects in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and intelligent automation solutions. You will develop scalable applications based on current LLM technologies and support companies in integrating AI into existing processes.

• Develop and implement AI and GenAI solutions
• Build applications based on Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Develop RAG systems (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Integrate AI models into existing software environments
• Optimize prompts, workflows, and AI agents
• Work closely with business units, developers, and stakeholders
• Support architectural decisions and best practices

Требования:

• Experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or in a comparable role
• Strong knowledge of Python
• Experience with LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or comparable models
• Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, and prompt engineering
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Understanding of modern software architectures and APIs
• Independent and structured working style
• Very good English skills; German is an advantage
