The position entails owning end-to-end software factory architecture, from telemetry capture to autonomous agent deployment, within an elite startup environment. Applicants must be US citizens or permanent residents, willing to relocate to San Francisco for in-person work, and commit to a fast-paced 996 schedule while

Qualifications

• US citizenship or permanent residency is required.
• Willingness to relocate to San Francisco, CA for onsite work.
• Experience building production-grade software with TypeScript, Rust, or Next.js.

Responsibilities

• Capture Layer Development: design high-throughput systems to collect desktop and system events.
• Privacy & Compliance Infrastructure: automated redaction and anonymization in ingestion.
• Data Structuring & Knowledge Graphs: model enterprise workflows into knowledge graphs.
• Autonomous Coding Agents: engineer AI agents to generate, test, deploy production software.
• Production Deployment: integrate apps into client environments with reliability.
• Client Execution (First 30 Days): map workflows and ship automated solutions for a live client.
