Job summary

MLabs is seeking an elite FDE / AI Engineer in San Francisco to own the software factory stack end‑to‑end. You will design telemetry capture, privacy pipelines, knowledge graphs, and autonomous coding agents that generate production software for enterprise clients.

The role demands deep technical capability, product mindset, and willingness to work in a fast‑paced, equity‑driven environment. On‑site collaboration in San Francisco is required for this full‑time position.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to own projects end to end in a fast‑moving startup
• Strong experience with modern JS/TS stacks and backend systems
• Comfort building scalable data pipelines and architecture

Responsibilities

• Capture layer development for high-throughput telemetry collection.
• Build privacy and compliance pipelines within the data ingestion flow.
• Model workflows with knowledge graphs from unstructured data.
• Develop autonomous coding agents to generate and deploy software.
• Deploy and maintain produced applications in client environments.
• Lead client engagements from discovery to production execution.
