Job summary

Path Construction is seeking an AI Engineer to lead the development and implementation of AI-powered applications and proprietary software that enhance estimating, operations, and project management. You'll partner with teams across the company to identify AI opportunities, automate workflows, and deliver tools that drive efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities include designing, testing, and deploying AI solutions, integrating them with Procore, P6, Autodesk, and Microsoft 365, and ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/AI/Data Science or related field.
• 3+ years in AI engineering, software engineering, ML, or app development.
• Proficient in Python, C#, or JavaScript with AI software experience.
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI, APIs, and modern AI platforms.
• Experience integrating software with Procore, P6, Autodesk, or SharePoint.
• Construction or real estate experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
