Job summary

You will work with stakeholders across IT and operations, implement AI within enterprise systems such as Procore or Autodesk, and ensure governance and measurable value through rigorous testing and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, engineering, or data science.
• 5+ years shipping AI-enabled applications in production.
• Hands-on with orchestration tools and Python.
• Familiar with enterprise cloud platforms and vector databases.
• Knowledge of AEC tech stacks or BIM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate field needs into AI-based tools and workflows for construction.
• Build AI agents and automations using multi-agent patterns.
• Integrate AI into Procore or Autodesk and other systems.
• Develop evaluation infrastructure, datasets, and testing.
• Collaborate with project managers and safety directors.
• Ensure model governance, security, and privacy.
