Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a highly consultative Full Stack AI Engineer to join its new AI Center of Excellence (COE). The role blends application development, AI engineering, and business partnership to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions for enterprise challenges.

You will collaborate with VPs, Directors, and COOs, translate requirements into architectures, and lead end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled applications, including executive demonstrations and advocacy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full stack application development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, or modern AI application development.
• Strong ability to gather requirements independently and translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Experience building and integrating applications utilizing APIs, data sources, and enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of data management, data integration, and data quality best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience partnering directly with business users and leading solution discussions from concept to delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and drive initiatives with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

A client is seeking a highly consultative Full Stack AI Engineer to join a newly established AI Center of Excellence (COE) focused on driving innovation and advancing AI capabilities across the organization. This role combines application development, AI engineering, stakeholder engagement, and business partnership to deliver scalable solutions that solve complex business challenges. The ideal candidate is energized by social interaction, enjoys presenting and demoing solutions, and can effectively partner with executives and business stakeholders while leveraging Agentic AI and Generative AI technologies to accelerate outcomes. This individual will play a key role in a high-visibility strategic initiative expected to deliver significant cost savings and operational improvements across the enterprise.

Partner directly with business stakeholders, including VPs, Directors, and COOs, to understand challenges, gather requirements, and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.

Conduct frequent stakeholder meetings, solution demonstrations, workshops, and feedback sessions to drive adoption and alignment.

Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications leveraging Agentic AI and Generative AI technologies.

Own the end-to-end solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through development, deployment, and optimization.

Utilize AI agents to perform and automate traditional Business Analyst and Product Owner responsibilities, including requirements gathering, documentation, and solution recommendations.

Manage and integrate data across multiple systems, ensuring quality, accessibility, and effective use within AI-enabled solutions.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures and applications.

Support both transportation-related maintenance initiatives and larger enterprise platform modernization efforts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously refine AI solutions based on stakeholder feedback and business needs.

Contribute to the growth and success of the organization's AI Center of Excellence by identifying innovative use cases and best practices.

• Experience contributing to large-scale transformation initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Knowledge of cloud-native application development and modern enterprise architecture patterns.
