- Genesys IVR experience.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting parts of business requirements.
- Facilitate software design discussions and document design decisions for the technical team.
- Participate in coding and integrate new features into existing applications.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
- Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
- Develop user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks.
- Resolve production issues and recommend preventive strategies to improve reliability.
- Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities.
