Job summary

PTMA Financial Solutions, a provider of treasury and public sector AI solutions, is seeking an AI Engineer to advance its Claude deployment and automations. You will work hands-on with enterprise Claude, design prompts, and build AI-enabled workflows across the firm.

You will collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Sales, and Operations while aligning with SEC/NIST requirements and enterprise data pipelines, enabling reliable AI-driven insights and forecasting.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in software, data, or analytics engineering with hands-on LLM work.
• Experience shipping AI-enabled tools or workflows, not just theory.
• Ability to translate business needs into AI/data solutions.
• Knowledge of data privacy and responsible AI in regulated environments.
• Strong Python skills for AI integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine Claude deployments, prompts, and custom skills.
• Create AI-powered automations across Finance, Compliance, Sales, and Operations.
• Build AI skills, plugins, and integrations with internal systems like Salesforce.
• Develop tooling and API connections to PTMA's data platforms.
• Contribute to dbt models, Fabric/Azure pipelines, SQL Server, and Power BI reporting.
• Support governance, security, and audit-ready documentation.
• Create user guides and train non-technical colleagues.
