Job summary

NewRocket is seeking an AI Engineer at campus/graduate level to design, develop, test, and deploy AI-enabled solutions for enterprise clients. You will work with Claude-powered applications, agentic workflows, RAG, and ServiceNow integrations to deliver practical AI outcomes.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience through internships, co-ops, research, freelance work, academic projects, or professional roles.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or similar languages.
• Foundational understanding of software engineering concepts, APIs, databases, source control, and cloud-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building, testing, maintaining, and documenting AI-enabled applications and workflows.
• Develop prototypes and PoCs using generative AI, LLMs (Claude and others), RAG, and API integrations.
• Support development of agentic AI solutions using enterprise context and approved tools.
• Assist with prompt/context engineering, including design, examples, structured inputs, and output constraints.
• Help integrate AI capabilities with enterprise platforms like ServiceNow and ensure secure, well-documented code.
