Job summary

GreenLite is hiring a senior AI engineer to build agent-based workflows for automated building code review and permit processing. You’ll work with LangGraph and Strands Agents to compose multi‑step orchestration with secure, scalable Bedrock AgentCore hosting and tools.

You’ll partner with Data and Product to deliver auditable, reviewer-friendly UX in LiteTable while ensuring safety, governance, and reliable operation across thousands of jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 4–12+ years shipping high‑reliability backend or ML systems.
• Proficient in Python/TypeScript and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
• Experience with agent frameworks LangGraph and Strands Agents.
• Familiarity with RAG, vector stores, and knowledge retrieval.
• Knowledge of Bedrock AgentCore, Runtime, Gateway, Memory and Observability is a plus.
• Nice‑to‑have: PDF tooling (Apryse) or geospatial data experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship production agents and complex workflows.
• Operationalize on Bedrock AgentCore and expose API tools.
• Develop evaluation suites and regression tests for agent reliability.
• Work with Data to wire agents to building-code knowledge and vector stores.
• Collaborate with Product/Design to create agent‑first reviewer UX in LiteTable.
• Build fault‑tolerant flows with observability and on‑call runbooks.
