You will collaborate with product and engineering, ship fast with a pragmatic approach, and translate model outputs into user-facing features while maintaining robust observability. Qualifications

• Built and operated data pipelines in production.
• Experience with ML/AI models and NLP.
• Strong evaluation frameworks and metrics.
• Ability to ship end-to-end and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Experience with Azure or cloud platforms a plus.
