Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, data science, or equivalent.
• Professional software development experience building and supporting apps.
• Hands-on experience with large language models or AI techniques.
• Proficiency in a modern programming language and SQL with structured and unstructured data.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and support AI applications and workflows.
• Integrate AI tools with databases, APIs, and business systems.
• Improve AI behavior via prompts, evaluation, and reliability tests.
• Implement deployment pipelines with testing, logging, and documentation.
• Educate and build an internal AI learning community across functions.
