Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, AI solutions, or a related field.
• Strong programming and development skills with SQL, REST APIs, and Python/.NET/TypeScript.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Fabric, Power Platform, or comparable cloud technologies.
• Ability to work independently and translate business needs into working solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

• Partner with business and construction operations teams to identify opportunities for technology and AI solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy applications, AI agents, automations, dashboards, and data integrations.
• Build solutions using Azure, Fabric, Power BI, and other modern AI technologies.
