Job summary

Latitude is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Engineer to architect and deploy AI solutions that streamline operations and reveal insights.

You will design, prototype, and implement AI models, integrating enterprise AI platforms with data services, APIs, and connectors while ensuring governance and security. The role requires collaboration with business and technical teams and delivering scalable, measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, AI, data science, or related field is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 4+ years of professional AI experience required.
• Experience developing and deploying AI models and systems.
• Cloud services experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Proficient in Python, R, or Java; TensorFlow/PyTorch knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Architect, fine-tune, and deploy AI solutions; build predictive models.
• Integrate AI platforms with data sources and services via APIs and connectors.
• Prototype proofs of concept to validate feasibility and value.
• Deliver production-ready solutions with testing and handoff.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues with cross-functional teams.
• Engage in solution discovery, planning, and stakeholder demonstrations.
• Document technical findings and recommendations.
• Ensure responsible AI practices and data governance.
