Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong background in software engineering/application development.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications and autonomous AI agents.
• Experience with Agentic AI and LLMs.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and application architecture.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages used for AI/application development.
• Experience building scalable, enterprise-ready applications.
• Ability to work across multiple AI models, platforms, and frameworks rather than relying on one provider.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently learn/adopt new technologies.
• Experience with multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience building AI-driven workflow automation.
• Cloud development experience.
• Enterprise system integration experience.
• Experience within healthcare technology.
• Experience working in regulated or sensitive-data environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered enterprise applications.
• Build autonomous AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
• Develop secure, scalable enterprise solutions using strong software engineering practices.
• Evaluate different LLMs, AI models, frameworks, and platforms and select the right technology for each use case.
• Build integrations between AI solutions, APIs, and existing enterprise systems.
• Use AI development tools to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and determine where they can provide practical business value.
• Independently take AI solutions from concept/design through development and deployment.
