Job summary

Fuse3 Solutions is hiring an AI Developer in Dallas, TX, to turn AI capabilities into practical business solutions. The role focuses on building and deploying AI-powered applications, agents, and workflows across a modern cloud and data ecosystem.

The candidate will work with Claude, Azure OpenAI, Azure Databricks, Snowflake, and Anthropic Claude to prototype models and implementations across a wide range of workflows, driving value with scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required in a related field.
Strong Python and SQL skills with cloud data platforms.
Experience building applications with large language models or generative AI APIs such as Claude, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI.
Ability to work autonomously with new technologies and a newly established team.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications and autonomous or multi-agent workflows using large language models such as Claude, Azure OpenAI, and other emerging models.
Build and maintain data pipelines connecting Snowflake and Azure Databricks to AI and machine learning workflows, using tools such as dbt to ensure models and agents operate on trusted, well-structured data.
Rapidly prototype and evaluate emerging AI tools, models, and frameworks, recommending adoption when they provide clear business value.
Partner with data science, data engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to translate ambiguous business needs into working, production-ready solutions.
