Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field.
• Experience with AI, automation, dashboards, or data tools.
• Hands-on Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, or ML.
• Strong programming in Python, SQL, JavaScript, or C#.
• Experience building dashboards with Power BI or Tableau.
• APIs, databases, and cloud integrations.
• Knowledge of data architecture, security, and governance.
• Ability to translate business problems into tech solutions.
• Excellent communication to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Power Platform or low-code tools.
• Experience building LLM/RAG apps or AI assistants.
• Commitment to continuous learning in AI tech.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, automations, dashboards, and data-driven tools.
• Build dashboards and BI tools delivering actionable insights to leadership.
• Integrate systems via APIs, databases, and cloud services.
• Create automated workflows and train staff on AI tools.
• Develop AI governance standards and establish a long-term tech roadmap.
