Job summary

Humanscale is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to identify, develop, and implement AI solutions that automate processes and improve decision-making. You will work with IT and business teams to deliver prototypes and production solutions across document processing, workflow automation, and predictive analytics.

Responsibilities include training AI models, coding algorithms, and building dashboards using Python, Streamlit, and Azure AI Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–3 years in software development, analytics, or AI.
• 2+ years with AI platforms/tools listed above.
• 2–3 years programming in Python or similar.
• Experience building apps, automations, integrations.
• Experience integrating AI with ERP/CRM/workflow systems.
• Experience with databases, reporting, or analytics.
• Familiarity with Power Automate or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Research and document business AI use cases across departments.
• Meet stakeholders to identify tasks for automation or AI workflows.
• Prioritize AI initiatives by value, feasibility, and UX.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-driven solutions and proofs-of-concept.
• Build prototypes, dashboards, and internal tools using AI tech.
• Support generative AI, document understanding, and intelligent search.
• Develop solutions with Python, Streamlit, Power Platform, Azure AI.
• Evaluate AI platforms and determine applicability to use cases.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to gather requirements.
• Analyze data and build models for operational insights.
