The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with LLM-based applications, agent frameworks, REST APIs, OAuth, and cloud services, and enjoys solving complex integration challenges in production environments.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of software/AI engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python, C#, or TypeScript.
• Experience with LLM-based AI applications.
• Hands-on with prompt engineering, tool calling, agent frameworks, and AI orchestration.
• Experience building AI assistants, copilots, and intelligent agents.
• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI integration patterns.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems using REST APIs, OAuth, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar AI automation platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Azure Container Apps, or cloud-based services.
• Knowledge of workflow orchestration, human-in-the-loop processes, and approval workflows.
• Understanding of AI safety, output validation, access controls, and secure development practices.
• Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and supporting AI applications in production.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with LLM-based applications, agent frameworks, integrations, Microsoft AI technologies, and cloud services.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or related roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C#, or TypeScript.
• Experience developing AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, tool calling, agent frameworks, and AI orchestration.
• Experience building AI assistants, copilots, and intelligent agents.
• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI integration patterns.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems using REST APIs, OAuth, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar AI automation platforms.

• Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, and security best practices.
• Microsoft AI, Azure, or Power Platform certifications are a plus.
