We seek engineers to own design, build, and deployment of agentic workflows with reliability and safety at scale. You will work with customers on real-world problems, delivering production-grade AI agents that are observable, auditable, and capable

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building production-grade software in Python.
• Experience deploying RAG and agentic applications.
• Familiarity with the LLM stack, frontier models, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
• Ability to build robust evaluation frameworks for agent accuracy, safety, and latency.
• Proven ability to work directly with customers and translate needs into technical specs.
• Experience owning end-to-end use cases.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with enterprise customers to translate problems into agentic workflows.
• Lead design, build, and delivery of LLM-powered agents across tools and data sources.
• Build features for North across full product lifecycle.
• Own use-case scoping end-to-end and adapt across frontend when needed.
• Contribute to shared frameworks for consistent delivery.
• Drive clarity and engineering quality; travel 20-40% on-site with customers.
