Job summary

Cognizant in Dallas, TX is hiring a Business & Data Analyst to join the IOA practice, designing and deploying AI-powered analytics and automation solutions. You will collaborate with analysts and consultants to translate client requirements into scalable AI/ML solutions.

You will leverage Python, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) to build data pipelines and AI models, staying current with evolving AI frameworks and architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, data science, AI or related field.
• Hands-on cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP or Azure).
• Proficiency in Python with LangChain/LangGraph experience preferred.
• Experience with data engineering tools (Spark, Airflow, Kafka) and ML frameworks (PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy full-stack AI applications.
• Build/deploy agentic AI solutions across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines (Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Spark, Airflow, Kafka).
• Apply ML and NLG techniques using PyTorch, Scikit-learn; deploy models via Azure ML/AWS SageMaker/Vertex AI.
• Work with large-scale data platforms (Azure Synapse, Databricks SQL) for model training and analytics.
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate client requirements into AI/ML solutions.
• Stay current with evolving AI frameworks and cloud-native tools.
