Job summary

Realign LLC is hiring an AI Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and optimize scalable ML and AI solutions on-site. Work across full lifecycle from data ingestion to deployment, collaborating with product, data, and architecture teams to shape AI strategy and execution.

The role is based in Sunrise, FL / Phoenix, AZ. You will build end-to-end ML pipelines, generative AI apps, and agentic systems using LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector tools, while ensuring governance and performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience designing, building, and optimizing ML pipelines.
• Strong Python fundamentals including OOP, decorators, typing, data structures.
• Experience with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
• Generative and agentic AI with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex and vector tools.
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini APIs.
• Experience with LangGraph Agents and RAG-based systems.
• DevOps Engineer required skill.

Responsibilities

Realign LLC is hiring an AI Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and continuously optimize scalable machine learning and generative or agentic AI solutions. This onsite role supports the delivery of end-to-end ML pipelines, multimodal AI applications, and LLM-powered agentic systems that can be monitored, governed, and scaled for real business impact.

You will work across the full lifecycle of AI engineering, from data ingestion through model deployment, while collaborating with product, data, and architecture partners to define AI strategy and execution plans. The position is based in Sunrise, FL / Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and machine learning solutions for complex business problems.
• Build and optimize end-to-end machine learning pipelines, covering data ingestion, model deployment, and monitoring.
• Develop advanced generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, and AI agents.
• Design and implement agentic AI frameworks using LangGraph, LangChain, and related technologies.
• Build and deploy multimodal AI solutions integrating text, image, audio, and video capabilities.
• Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, data engineers, and architects to define AI strategies and roadmaps.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend approaches that improve business outcomes.
• Ensure AI systems meet requirements for performance, scalability, security, and governance.
• Provide technical leadership by mentoring junior engineers and promoting AI engineering best practices.
• Communicate technical concepts, project progress, and solution impact to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience.
• Experience designing, building, and optimizing machine learning pipelines.
• Core Python fundamentals including OOP concepts, functions and modules, iterators/generators, exception handling, decorators, typing/data classes, data structures and algorithms, and design patterns.
• Machine learning experience with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLflow, and Matplotlib.
• Generative and agentic AI experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and vector tools such as FAISS or Pinecone.
• API experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini.
• Experience with LangGraph Agents and RAG-based systems.
• DevOps Engineer required skill.
