About the role:

• Tilda Research seeks an AI engineer to work full-time on generative AI and autonomous systems, with responsibilities spanning backend services, AI framework integration, and deployment infrastructure


• You will design and develop AI-powered applications, working across the stack from LLM APIs to containerized services

What you'll work on:

• Building and scaling AI agents and agentic workflows that perform complex tasks autonomously


• Integrating large language models into production systems using frameworks like OpenAI SDK, Anthropic, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen


• Creating retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) applications, chatbots, and automation solutions


• Designing backend architecture, managing databases, and building APIs that support AI workloads


• Deploying applications to cloud infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, AI/ML, data science, or a closely related field


• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of software engineering experience


• Solid command of Python and strong programming fundamentals


• Practical knowledge of APIs, backend development, database design, and software architecture


• Hands-on project or internship experience with large language models, generative AI, or agentic systems


• Familiarity with at least one AI or LLM framework from the common ecosystem


• Basic understanding of containerization and cloud deployment patterns

Good to know:

• Experience building AI agents, RAG systems, chatbots, or automated workflows is valuable


• Knowledge of model context protocol (MCP), tool calling, vector databases, and evaluation frameworks strengthens your application
