Job summary

Nexio Management ищет опытного инженера AI для разработки, поддержки и внедрения решений на основе Agentic AI и LLM. Вы будете работать над интеграцией ИИ в бизнес-процессы, строить многоп-agent архитектуры и развивать платформу на базе Agno.

Требуется 5+ лет в Python, опыт создания production-решений с LLM/RAG, знание Docker/Kubernetes и фреймворков LangChain/LangGraph. Гибридный/удалённый формат работы и мотивационные бонусы.

Qualifications

• Не менее 5 лет коммерческого опыта программирования на Python.
• Не менее 2 лет опыта разработки production-решений на основе LLM, RAG и/или Agentic AI.
• Практический опыт проектирования и внедрения AI агентов и многопользовательских архитектур.
• Знание фреймворков AI: Agno, LangGraph, LangChain и т.д.
• Опыт интеграции AI-решений в бизнес-системы через API и разработки бэкенда на FastAPI.
• Знание ML/AI библиотек: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face.

Responsibilities

• Проектирование и разработка компонентов ИИ на Python.
• Разработка и поддержка ML-моделей для Agentic AI.
• Создание механизмов оценки, мониторинга и observability для AI-решений.
• Оптимизация качества ответов моделей, сокращение галлюцинаций и развитие механизмов безопасности.
• Оптимизация эффективности, стоимости и качества решений.
• Сотрудничество с бизнес-командами, архитекторами, IT- и security-отделами.

Nexio Management has around 550 consultants who have been creating advanced IT solutions for companies in Poland and abroad for over 20 years. We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer responsible for designing, developing and maintaining production solutions based on Agentic AI, Large Language Models and Retrieval Augmented Generation. The person in this role will contribute to developing the Agentic AI platform, building multi-agent systems and integrating AI solutions with business systems.

• Design, develop and maintain Agentic AI solutions used in business processes.
• Build, develop and maintain systems based on LLM models.
• Design and implement RAG solutions.
• Build multi-agent architectures using frameworks such as Agno, LangGraph or equivalent solutions.
• Develop the Agentic AI platform based on the Agno framework.
• Integrate AI agents with business systems via APIs and integration services.
• Design and develop AI components in Python.
• Develop and maintain Machine Learning models supporting Agentic AI solutions.
• Create evaluation, monitoring and observability mechanisms for AI solutions.
• Optimize model response quality, reduce hallucinations, and develop AI safety and control mechanisms.
• Optimize the efficiency, cost and quality of AI solutions.
• Collaborate with business teams, architects, IT teams and security teams.

Требования

• At least 5 years of commercial programming experience in Python.
• At least 2 years of experience designing and implementing production solutions based on LLM, RAG and/or Agentic AI.
• Practical experience designing and implementing AI agents and multi-agent architectures.
• Knowledge of AI frameworks such as Agno, LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex or equivalent.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with business systems via APIs and creating backend services in FastAPI.
• Knowledge of ML/AI libraries and frameworks, particularly PyTorch, TensorFlow and Hugging Face.
• Practical knowledge of vector databases (Qdrant, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Milvus or equivalent).
• Knowledge of embeddings, reranking and optimizing model response quality.
• Experience evaluating, monitoring and ensuring the observability of AI systems (e.g. Langfuse, LangSmith, Promptfoo, DeepEval).
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and MLOps and LLMOps.
• Ability to design AI solution architecture in an enterprise environment and collaborate with business and technical teams.
