About Braven

We build AI for the specialty insurance industry, one of the biggest markets in the world, still running on email and spreadsheets. We think that's a once in a generation opportunity, and we're building a billion dollar company on top of it.

The role

You'll report directly to our Head of Engineering. This role is about your potential. We're not hiring you for what you already know, we're hiring you for how fast you learn and how much you build. You'll work next to senior engineers on a real agentic AI product in production: prototyping, shipping, breaking things, fixing them. Real work from day one, not a training program. The technology we build with is being created as we speak, and you'll be building with it, not reading about it.
