Job summary

Harnham is hiring an AI Engineer to build end-to-end agentic AI systems for enterprise clients across the US. The role focuses on production-grade agentic workflows, RAG and LLM pipelines, and governance for production deployment.

You will work directly with client stakeholders, shaping architectures and accelerators, while collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple US hubs in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software or AI/ML engineering
• Production experience with agents, function calling, RAG, vector databases and orchestration frameworks
• Cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Comfort in client-facing work and explaining technical decisions
• Existing US work authorisation

Build agentic AI systems that go into production at some of the largest enterprises in the US, not proofs of concept that stall.

A global consulting and technology firm’s data and AI transformation practice. It combines strategy with hands‑on engineering to deliver governed, production-grade GenAI and agentic solutions. The practice is investing heavily in new US hubs.

The Role

• Build AI agents and agentic workflows end to end for enterprise clients

What We’re Looking For
