• Launching new AI-first products that 10x Transmission Engineers at ISOs and utilities.
• Building internal AI tools for Nira’s Transmission Engineers.
• Working with SWEs at Nira to set up AI coding infrastructure.

• 1-6 years out of school.
• At least 1 year working on projects that apply AI into a niche domain.
• Hungry and ambitious. Potentially wants to be a founder one day.
• Mission-oriented and focused on working on climate.
• Take ownership and thrive in ambiguity
• Excited to work with Transmission Engineers and learn about how our electrical grid works.
• Capable of rolling with the punches. Plans change when working at a rapidly growing startup
