Job summary

Change Recruitment US is hiring for a hands-on full-stack engineer to ship core features from architecture to production. You will work with React, TypeScript, and Node.js across the stack, including telephony integrations and AWS infrastructure, with direct access to the founders.

You'll design APIs and dashboards that empower customers to onboard quickly while translating feedback into product improvements. Equity is on the cards and growth is rapid.

Ship prompt orchestration, telephony integrations, and analytics dashboards for a voice AI platform already at $80M ARR with 52 people.

You'll build full-stack features end-to-end, from backend APIs and DevOps workflows through to the customer-facing dashboards and onboarding interfaces that thousands of companies rely on. You'll work directly with the founding team, own your projects from architecture to deployment, and turn customer feedback into production improvements fast.

The team is in Redwood. That's the reality of this role, and it suits people who want to be close to decisions and ship things quickly rather than waiting on async threads. You'll be working in React, TypeScript, and Node.js across the stack, with additional exposure to areas like telephony integrations, prompt orchestration systems, and AWS infrastructure depending on what you take on.
