Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows using modern Generative AI frameworks and technologies.
• Build scalable AI solutions leveraging LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), orchestration frameworks, and autonomous agent architectures.

• Build scalable AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), orchestration frameworks, and autonomous agent architectures.
• Develop, test, and optimize multi-step AI workflows that integrate with enterprise systems, APIs, data platforms, and business processes.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and translate requirements into production-ready solutions.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software development, improve productivity, and streamline implementation.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and development tools to enhance solution quality and engineering efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and building and deploying AI agents using Azure AI Foundry.
• Strong experience with at least one AI-assisted development platform, such as:
• Cursor
• Windsurf
• Slingshot
• Demonstrated experience building, testing, and deploying agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, workflow orchestration, tool calling, memory management, and AI agent architectures.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals, including application development, API integration, system design, and software testing.
• Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing AI agents using modern Generative AI frameworks, including:
• LangGraph
• LangChain
• LangSmith
• Similar agent orchestration and observability frameworks
• Familiarity with cloud-native AI architectures, deployment strategies, and MLOps best practices.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise data platforms, APIs, and business applications.
• Understanding of AI observability, evaluation, performance optimization, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions from prototyping through production deployment.
